Meinkatz Creations is an independent digital design project offering custom content for The Sims 4. All items created and distributed by Meinkatz Creations are original digital assets, intended for artistic and entertainment use only. Meinkatz Creations is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. (EA), Maxis, or any of their subsidiaries. The Sims, The Sims 4, and all related trademarks, logos, and materials are the property of EA.
Premium content on this site is distributed through a subscriber model and is not freely accessible to the public. By purchasing or subscribing, users acknowledge that they are supporting the creative work of Meinkatz Creations outside the scope of EA’s official modding guidelines and that they do so at their own discretion.
Digital Products and Subscriptions

• Files are delivered via secure download or user access panel after payment confirmation.
• Use is limited to private, personal, in-game use only.
• Redistribution, resale, editing, or sharing of the content is strictly prohibited.
b. Subscriptions
• Access to premium content may require a recurring subscription (monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
• All subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled by the user or the website owner.
• You may cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Access remains valid until the cancellation of your subscription.
• Refunds are not permitted on the website.
Refund Policy
All products and subscriptions available on Meinkatz Creations are digital services and digital content and are made accessible immediately after purchase.
For this reason, all sales are final and no refunds, returns or exchanges are offered once access to the content has been granted.
Meinkatz Creations operates as a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription is automatically renewed each month or each year and that the corresponding amount is charged to your payment method unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
A refund cannot be requested on the basis that a subscription was not cancelled in time. It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel their subscription before the renewal date if they no longer wish to continue the service.
If you experience any difficulty cancelling your subscription, you must contact us before your next renewal date, either via the website chat or by email, so we can assist you in time. Requests made after the renewal has been processed cannot be used as a basis for a refund.
A refund may only be issued when a mandatory legal right to withdrawal or refund applies under applicable consumer protection laws.
If you encounter any difficulty accessing your content, we will of course ensure that you receive the items you have purchased or subscribed to. However, this does not constitute a right to a refund.
By completing a purchase or subscribing on Meinkatz Creations, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy and the automatic renewal of the subscription.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are displayed in British Pounds, inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via third-party providers (such as PayPal). We do not store payment details.
User Accounts
Users may create accounts to manage purchases, subscriptions, and downloads. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Unauthorized use or abuse of an account may result in its suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content made available on this website, including downloadable files, objects for The Sims 4, logos, design concepts, and written material, is the original creation of Meinkatz Creations, unless otherwise stated.
References to real-world designer furniture brands (e.g., HAY, Verner Panton, Ferm Living, Muuto, Eero Aarnio, Eileen Gray, etc.) are made for artistic and inspirational purposes only. The items created for The Sims 4 may visually resemble or be inspired by iconic designs, but they are not exact reproductions and are intended solely for use within the context of a fictional simulation game. Images or names of furniture brands that may appear on the site are freely available online and used under fair use/fair dealing principles for commentary, education, or transformative content.
