Playfully shaped like a stylized car, this table lamp was designed in 1981 by Martine Bedin. Crafted of fiberglass, this piece features two wheels at the bottom of its half-circular blue silhouette, while the edges are adorned with six bulb holders in pink, green, blue, yellow and red.

Martine Bedin

Martine Bedin is a designer born in Bordeaux in 1957. She works in diverse materials such as marble, wood, metal and ceramic. Bedin was one of the founders of the avant-garde Memphis group in Milano in 1981. In addition, she has worked as an architect, industrial designer and professor. Her work is held in many important museum and private collections.
