The IKEA PS 2026 table clock is a playful, periscope-inspired design created by Rotterdam-based designer Marta Krupińska for IKEA's tenth PS collection, which centers on "playful functionality." The red clock features a smooth cylindrical aluminum body with an angled clock face that resembles a submarine periscope surfacing, bringing a cheerful, imagination-sparking touch to any space.

Marta Krupińska
Marta Krupińska is a Polish product and graphic designer based in Poznań, Poland, who currently works as an in-house designer at IKEA of Sweden in Älmhult (since 2021) and is best known for designing the playful, periscope-inspired IKEA PS 2026 table clock. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań in 2006 with a degree in industrial design and product forms, later completing a specialization in design management in 2011, and has received numerous accolades including a Ministry of Culture Scholarship (2005/2006), first prize in the New Design Ideas – Hansgrohe 2006 contest, and the Grand Prix Award for the best Master Diploma at the Academy (2006). Before joining IKEA, she ran her own design studio for 11 years (2010–2021), collaborated extensively with furniture brand Meble VOX on collections including the award-winning Hifi furniture series and Young Users children's furniture (which won Top Design at Arena Design and was presented at Milan), interned at Phoenix Design in Stuttgart, and worked with companies such as Hansgrohe, BASF, Brovaria, Rockwool, and Irving; she is a member of the Association of Industrial Designers and describes herself as a "sower, man of action, practical organizer, perfectionist" who champions "playful functionality," more distance, joy, and enjoying the moment in design, earning her the nickname "ambassador of fun".
