About this Product

The IKEA Byakorre is a cheerful open shelving unit originally created in 1985 by Danish designer Niels Gammelgaard. It was reintroduced by IKEA as part of a collection celebrating classic pieces with a fresh twist. With its clean metal frame, colourful shelf edges and reversible shelves, it turns everyday storage into a playful design statement that feels both nostalgic and modern — perfect for displaying books, plants and little treasures with personality.
