Big Lebow has been developped with Jos Kranen en Johannes Gille, two Dutch designers who are are constantly looking for the next design classic. Like Fatboy, they love developing archetypical, powerful designs that are rooted in the heart of a product. "A chance meeting outside, under a streetlamp, is doubly satisfying. It’s spontaneous and thus not contrived and we wanted to bring that same sensation inside. The way we see it, Big Lebow is typical Kranen/Gille - and typical Fatboy.”
