Richard Woods is an English artist, whose work spans the fields of art, design and architecture. He is a graduate of The Slade School of Fine Art, where he trained as a sculptor. His works are held in significant collections, including the Saatchi Collection, Arts Council England, and the British Museum. His work is characterised by an exaggerated use of pattern, bold colour and the re-surfacing of existing structures.
