Groovy lounge chair, design by Pierre Paulin for Artifort with aluminum profile base available either anodised or coated; this is one of the most striking elements in this unusual and fun piece of furniture. Produced in 1972 it has remained popular as an icon of the 1970s avant-garde. The Groovy chair's modern and sleek curves, the original design and bright colors make it impossible to overlook.
Groovy is exhibited at the National Gallery of Victoria in Melbourne.
