Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Returned - It is best to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. For size exchanges just contact us and we will find a solution.
Order was lost in Transit
Always make sure to enter your proper address.
Correct Address: If your package still hasn’t arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package. If you still can't find it let us know.
Incorrect Address: The package should be sent back to us and we’ll update the shipping address and reship it for you. Please note that you’d be responsible for the shipping costs, so let us know how you’d like to proceed.

Overnight: next day delivery in the US
Express: 1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally
Standard (Flat): 3-4 business days in the US, 6-10 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally
